Cycle is an effective vigorous indoor cycle workout which burns a lot of calories, tone legs, and keeps muscles in shape. Great class for all ability levels and a lot of cardio. You control resistance and can make the pedaling as easy or difficult as chosen. Great class for ages 13 and up.

Good for people who have advanced osteoporosis, muscle strains or tears, diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis. This class is good for those 60 and up with health issues.


Water Aerobics is exercise in waist to neck high shallow water. The resistance of the water makes the workout feel intense while the water cushions you from the impact. It reduces stress on joints and muscles. This can give you muscle tone and reduces body fat. Good class for all ages and great for runners, cyclists, injuries, osteoporosis and fibromyalgia. MIX 45

A forty-five minute class of cardio and weights mixed with the use of different equipment. High and low intensity intervals. Great calorie burning class. Never the same. Good for ages 15 and up.


This class is a 30min simple stretching and relaxing to soft gentle music.


This class allows you to do yoga while sitting in a chair or behind a chair. Great class for our seniors.
