Deep water is a cardiovascular exercise done in water deep enough so your feet don't touch the bottom. A flotation belt or noodle can be used. Legs and arms are free to perform large movements against the resistance of the water. Great class for working the inner core of the body, muscle tone, and reduces body fat. Excellent cardio. Great for all ages.
This class focuses on increasing the strength and endurance of the abdominal muscles. May use the ball, dumbbells, hula hoop, and bands while exercising. Great for building that "six" pack. This class is great for all ages.
This class involves rhythmic continuous movements that exercise large muscle groups. It will provide endurance and cardiovascular health. One foot remains on floor at all times. There are controlled arm and leg movements. A great cardio workout. Great class for all ages.
Zumba is a Latin dance Fitness Program that uses both Latin and International music and dance movement. It incorporates interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythm, and resistance training. It is excellent for burning serious calories and improving cardiopulmonary endurance. It combines fitness and fun using almost every muscle of the body. This class is great for all ages.
Cycle is an effective vigorous indoor cycle workout which burns a lot of calories, tone legs, and keeps muscles in shape. Great class for all ability levels and a lot of cardio. You control resistance and can make the pedaling as easy or difficult as chosen. Great class for ages 13 and up.
A weight that resembles a cannonball with a handle. With water being a cushion, using Kettlebells will help gain tighter legs, glutes, back, arms, and abdominals. Ultimate core workout while developing your cardiovascular conditioning, power, stability, flexibility, balance, and agility.
This class is a 60 minute class to heart pumping music which is a whole body workout and focuses on arms, legs, core, and cardio. Weights vary from 5lbs - 15lbs, however workout and moves can be modified for individual needs. This class is for anyone who is looking to have fun.
Therapeutic water is an exercise class that provides relief of lower back and neck pain, rejuvenates joints and relaxes muscles in water waist to neck high. Good for people who have advanced osteoporosis, muscle strains or tears, diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis. This class is good for those 60 and up with health issues.
Water Aerobics is exercise in waist to neck high shallow water. The resistance of the water makes the workout feel intense while the water cushions you from the impact. It is good for increasing flexibility, balance, develop muscle groups, increase circulation and relieving stress. This class is great for all ages.
Gentle Body Power is a mind-body exercise program set in a relaxing environment. The only requirement is to be able to get up and down from the floor easily. Works all muscle groups and helps produce lean, toned muscles. This class consists of deep stretching, balancing, stability and flexibility. Good cross training for runners, cyclists, and other athletes as well as an excellent multi-level for all age groups.
